Energy Bodywork
This process combines Therapeutic Touch™ with bodywork for complete relaxation. A bodywork session can produce psychic information for the client’s physical, emotional, mental and/or spiritual well-being. Some people enjoy energy bodywork purely for its ability to induce a profound state of relaxation, whereas others prefer to use it as a tool for self-discovery.
Energy Bodywork $90 per session ($60 for seniors) plus HST
Therapeutic Touch™
Therapeutic Touch™ promotes relaxation, reduces anxiety, can help to relieve pain, and assists the body’s natural healing processes. It is commonly used in hospitals to help with recovery from illness.
Sessions take up to 20 minutes. Based on ancient healing practices, this method introduces energy to the body for use by its innate healing functions.
Therapeutic Touch™ sessions can be done in person or from a distance. Phone to set up a session that can be delivered at a time convenient for you.

The Chi Machine
Approved by Health Canada as a Class II medical device, the Chi Machine is helpful to anyone who wants to reduce stress, improve circulation, and oxygenate the body. Based on Oriental Qi-Gong, its movement sends a gentle vibration throughout the body. Sessions last for 5 to 15 minutes, depending on client need.

Solaris Healing Blanket
Based on research generated by the Russian Space Program, this blanket helps to protect the body from the effects of electromagnetic field (EMF) radiation. It is used along with Therapeutic Touch or the Chi machine to minimize the effects of EMF’s on the body’s energy field and to help to restore balance to the human energy field.
